The picture that is supposedly "Wing-above" is actually a duplicate of the tail photo. You may want to replace this.
Although this bird still has Juvenile body feathers, if it has full-grown wing and tail feathers, then it should be classified as "HY" rather than "L" because it could have flown many kilometers from its nesting site. L should only be used for birds not yet capable of sustained flight.
