Yellow-billed Cuckoo - Coccyzus americanus

Photo: Fernando Cerra; Adult;
Song: The song is a rapid series of dry knocks, ending with a few heavily accented two syllable notes: "kekekekekekekekkeke-kidu-kidu-kidu", also a series of resonant, guttural hoots. Difficult to distinguish from Black-billed Cuckoo by voice alone.
Sound: Macaulay Library (Macaulay Library, Cornell); Adult; Primary Sound;
