Photo: Pablo Leautaud. (http://www.flickr.com/photos/pleautaud/3216225985/); Mexico; Adult;
Song: Low burry song with three emphatic phrases "tsi-pik, swi-vrk, gri-vik". May vary the order of the phrases. First phrase "tsi-pik" is similar to call of Least Flycatcher, second syllable "swi-vrk" is higher-pitched and scratchy, final "grr-vik" phrase is growling and rough. Call notes are a sharp simple "peek" similar to call note of Pygmy Nuthatch.
Sound: John Neville (Bird Songs of Canada's West Coast); Canada, British Columbia; Sechelt; Adult; Primary Sound;
