Rufous Hummingbird - Selasphorus rufus

Song: Calls are chipping and buzzing calls typical of most hummingbirds including a "tyuk" and a buzzing chase call"tzeew tzupity tzupity tzup", "zee chew chew chew" or "zeelk zeelk". During display dives male's wings make a stuttering hum "vi vi vi virrr" and a high buzzy trill. Rufous Hummingbird lacks a proper song.
